The customer-story workbench
Keep the observation.
Question the assumption.
Build a useful company-research brief before looking for contacts. This is a manual worksheet. It does not visit websites, find people or assess buying intent.
Use public company information, not private customer evidence. Nothing you type is sent by the worksheet. Reloading normally clears the page; Reset clears the working state.
A better brief starts
with what you know.
Fill in the worksheet, then create your brief. Observations, hypotheses and unanswered questions will stay clearly separated.
No lead score. No automatic research. No claim that a company is ready to buy.
Exports contain your inputs. CSV cells are escaped to reduce spreadsheet formula execution risk. Review notes before sharing them.
What the brief can do
Give you a question
worth answering.
An old story library, a product page without a matching example, or a customer-marketing vacancy can justify research. None confirms a need for your service.
If a company is unsuitable, stop there. If your existing contact can answer, use that contact. A new list is useful only when there is a real coverage gap.

- 02Use the Chrome extension to import selected profiles.
- 03Review the audience in the app, then download CSV.
Company fit and buying intent remain your research tasks. The worksheet does not automatically find companies with a proof gap.
